Positive: The villa had a nice garden, 2 floors - living room and kitchen downstairs, two rooms and a bathroom upstairs. Beautiful balconies on the upper floor from which you could see an amazing view of Epidavros and the sea. Kitchen had all amenities. In addition to the main bathroom on the upper floor there was also a toilet in the living room floor. Door had a smart lock with a code so no need to carry a key. Parking available right next to the villa. The host was very kind, sent us all instructions and made efforts to allow us to go in before check-in time. His mother also spoiled us with home-cured olives and jam.
Negative: The shower was open on one side so you just couldn't avoid watering all surroundings... In terms of location - it was an 8 minute drive from the center of Epidavros - it's not necessarily a bad thing, but you must have a car and be aware of it.
Summary: Beautiful villa uphill overlooking Epidavros and the sea
